Empowering through self-care: “Serbisyo Para Kay Juana”

In celebration of National Women’s Month 2025, the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), through its Gender and Development (GAD) Unit led by Program Development and Enhancement Group Vice President Atty. Maria Rosalie Richa Taguian in collaboration with the TESDA Women’s Center and TESDA Alumni, organized the “Serbisyo Para Kay Juana” initiative on Friday.
This event provided women and men beneficiaries, stakeholders, and employees of SHFC with access to free pampering services, including manicures, pedicures, massages, and haircuts.
Beyond relaxation, this initiative aimed to promote well-being, self-care, and empowerment, recognizing the importance of holistic support in fostering confidence and inclusivity. Through these efforts, SHFC under the leadership of President and CEO Federico Laxa continues to uphold the principles of gender equality and sustainable development.
